CNN Money Gives Prince William County High Marks

CNN Money ranked Prince William County as one of the most business friendly localities.

CNN Money provided Prince William County supervisors with another slogan to use after ranking it 13th out of 25 counties in the nation in job growth.

CNN Money researched data from 2000 to 2010 and money.cnn.com says Prince William County had a job growth rate of more than 40 percent, with the rate increasing more than 7 percent between 2009 and 2010. The ranking is featured in the magazine’s annual “Where the Jobs Are” article that ranked Prince William County 17th in 2010 and 23rd in 2008.

County Chairman Corey Stewart said in a prepared statement that the county is already known to be a pro-business locality.
