Woodbridge man accused of sexual assault, according to Prince William County Police.
A Woodbridge man has been charged in the sexual assault of a girl four years ago, according to Prince William County Police. The victim was reportedly 10 at the time of the incident. Benjamin Argueta Ventura, 56, has been charged with rape. Ventura's address and the circumstances of the case are being withheld by Patch in an attempt to protect the identity of the victim. The victim told school staff on April 12 that she was sexually assaulted in September 2008. School staff imediately notified police and investigators arrested Ventura the following day. Ventura is being held without bond and a court date is not available.

Police have charged a Woodbridge man with aggravated sexual battery, malicious wounding and destruction of property after a Woodbridge woman reported being raped at a local house party, Prince William County Police said. Carlos Roberto Osorio, 22, was arrested April 6. Earlier that same evening, police responded to the house party for the report of a sexual assault. "The investigation revealed that the accused had sexually assaulted the victim, a 26-year-old woman of Woodbridge, while in a bedroom," said PWCPD spokesman Jonathan Perok. A 15-year-old female was arrested March 8, Prince William County Police said.
Police arrested a 15-year-old Dumfries female on March 8 after an investigation into reported sexual assaults over the past 18 months in Dumfries, Prince William County Police spokesperson Jonathan Perok said. Special Victims Bureau detectives began investigating the reported sexual assaults on March 6. "The investigation revealed that the victims, an 11-year-old boy and a 9-year-old boy, were being sexually abused by the accused, a family member," Perok said. The accused is charged with three counts of rape, two counts of forcible sodomy, and two counts of incest. Her court date is unavailable, and she is being held at the Juvenile Detention Center.

Police have charged a 19-year-old Stafford man with rape and forcible sodomy after a Woodbridge girl was raped and sexually assaulted, Prince William County Police spokesperson Jonathan Perok said. Though he is 19, the man is being charged as a juvenile, because the offenses reportedly occurred between 2008 and 2010. Special Victims Unit detectives began investigating the report of a sexual assault on Feb. 24. "The investigation revealed that the victim, now an 11-year-old female, was raped and sexually assaulted by the accused, a known acquaintance," Perok said. A 50-year-old Dale City man has been charged with rape and forcible sodomy after a 34-year-old Gainesville woman told police that she had been raped between the ages of 5 and 19 years old by a known acquaintance, Prince William County police spokesperson Jonathan Perok said.
