Police are looking for a man who reportedly exposed himself to a woman in Dale City on April 22, Prince William County Police spokesperson Jonathan Perok said. Police responded to Eileen Court in Dale City at 9:44 p.m. on April 22 for the report of an indecent exposure. "The victim, a 24-year-old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she was walking in the area above when she encountered an unknown man who then lower his pants and exposed himself to her," Perok said. Police are looking for a man who reportedly exposed himself to three female teens in the Dumfries area, Prince William County Police spokesperson Jonathan Perok said. Police initially responded to the 17200 block of Wayside Drive on March 10 at 1:49 p.m. for the report of an indecent exposure. "Three female juveniles, between 13 and 15 years of age, reported to police that they were walking in the area above when they encountered an unknown, nude man run out of the woodline where they were walking," Perok said. Police charged a Richmond man with indecent exposure after a caller told police that a man was walking down a Dale City street naked, Prince William County Police spokesperson Jonathan Perok said. Lapaul Newell, 57, was arrested March 3. Newell was charged with indecent exposure. Police initially responded to Greenwood Drive and Gustus Drive at 8:25 p.m. on March 3 for a report of a suspicious person. Police are looking for a man who reportedly exposed himself to a 25-year-old Woodbridge woman in Veterans Park on Nov. 8, police spokesperson Jonathan Perok said. The victim told police that she was walking toward the park along Mt. Pleasant Drive when the driver of a red, four-door vehicle. When she entered the park, the driver reportedly exited his vehicle and walked past her. "The victim changed directions and then heard a voice from behind her," Perok said. The man allegedly exposed himself to a woman who was walking her dog on Perch Branch Way in Dale City.
A man exposed himself to a woman who was walking her dog in her Dale City neighborhood Oct. 22, Prince William County Police said. Police responded to the call from a 44-year-old woman regarding an indecent exposure at 8:16 p.m. on the 4500 block of Perch Branch Way. The woman was taking an evening stroll with her dog in her neighborhood when she encountered an unknown man, who was not wearing pants, police said. Police said he did not approach the woman and immediately fled. The woman returned to her home and then called the police. The man was described as between 25-30 years old, about six feet tall, black, with a thin build and short hair.

Abdule Majid, 66, of Woodbridge, was charged with indecent exposure and obscene sexual display.
A Woodbridge man last week allegedly exposed himself near a daycare playground, according to the Prince William County Police Department. Abdule Majid, 66, of the 2900 block of Wren Ct. in Woodbridge, was charged with indecent exposure and obscene sexual display. Police said that a 911 caller reported that a man was sitting near a playground by the Children of America daycare, in the 16700 block of River Ridge Blvd., and exposing himself. The caller approached the man, who was later identified as Majid, but he walked away. The incident occurred on Oct. 5, around 10:26 a.m. Officers arrested Majid and arrested him after an investigation. He was held without bond. A 51-year-old Woodbridge woman reported the incident to police.
Police have arrested a Rhode Island man and charged him with indecent exposure, Prince William County police spokesperson Jonathan Perok. A 51-year-old Woodbridge woman told police that she was inside the Kmart on Dale Boulevard at about 2 p.m. on Aug. 5 when an unknown man approached her. "During the encounter, she observed the accused making inappropriate gestures," Perok said. "The accused then left the store in a vehicle prior to police arrival but was located a short distance away." The accused was arrested after an investigation. The man's court date is Sept. 21. Police are looking for a man who reportedly exposed himself to a 14-year-old girl around midnight on July 31, Prince William County police spokesperson Jonathan Perok said. Police responded at 12:04 a.m. on July 31 to the 1400 block of G Street in Woodbridge after receiving a report of a case of indecent exposure. "The investigation revealed the victim, a 14-year-old female juvenile, encountered a known acquaintance in the above area, Perok said. "During the encounter, the man allegedly exposed himself. The 60-year-old Woodbridge victim was reportedly walking her dog when the alleged exposure took place.
Police are looking for a man who allegedly indecently exposed himself to a 60-year-old Woodbridge woman while she was walking her dog in the 14100 block of Cuddy Loop on July 17, Prince William County police spokesperson Jonathan Perok said. The victim told police that while she was walking her dog this morning, she was approached by an unknown man. The man then reportedly exposed himself before running away. No one was injured. Police are looking for a white male between 20 and 30 years old, 6 feet tall, weighing 190 pounds, of a muscular build with short black hair.
