New Jersey Man Charged in Bus Incident

David Servais will be charged with threatening to bomb a mode of transportation and other charges following this morning's incident, which closed the I-95 HOV lanes for hours.

A New Jersey man is being charged with threatening to bomb a mode of transportation, abduction by force and multiple other charges after an incident on a northbound Greyhound bus early this morning, according to Virginia State Police.  Virginia State Police had to evacuate the New York City-bound bus, which was coming from Richmond, shortly after 3 a.m. The incident closed the northbound I-95 HOV lanes for several hours. The lanes re-opened around 6:45 a.m. David A. Servais, 23, of Millville, N.J., is being held at the Prince William County Adult Detention Center now. In addition to the above charges, he will be charged with drunk in public, possession of synthetic cannabinoids (spice), and fugitive from justice. There were 38 passengers …

Read more here. -----------   Virginia State Police evacuated a Greyhound bus from Richmond bound for New York City Wednesday morning after a male passenger threatened other passengers on the bus, according to a VSP news release. The incident closed down the HOV lanes on Interstate 95 Wednesday morning. Police responded to a 911 call from the bus at 3:31 a.m. The bus was stopped and police evacuated passengers and the bus driver. The bus was traveling in the HOV lane of Interstate 95 and was stopped near mile marker 156 near Dale City.  The male passenger who made threatening comments initially refused to leave the bus, but was …
