A New Jersey man is being charged with threatening to bomb a mode of transportation, abduction by force and multiple other charges after an incident on a northbound Greyhound bus early this morning, according to Virginia State Police. Virginia State Police had to evacuate the New York City-bound bus, which was coming from Richmond, shortly after 3 a.m. The incident closed the northbound I-95 HOV lanes for several hours. The lanes re-opened around 6:45 a.m. David A. Servais, 23, of Millville, N.J., is being held at the Prince William County Adult Detention Center now. In addition to the above charges, he will be charged with drunk in public, possession of synthetic cannabinoids (spice), and fugitive from justice. There were 38 passengers …
