Dale City Man Arrested for Rape
Police Updates: Girl Raped, Reckless Handling of a Firearm, Gang Assault, and Burglaries.
Police arrested 28-year-old Corey Alexander James of 14803 Dixon Court yesterday on charges of rape, forcible sodomy and taking indecent liberties with a child. The victim was a 12-year-old girl. The arrest came after an investigation in which police say they found the sexual abuse against the victim, an acquaintance of James’s, escalated to rape in January. James was arrested without incident this morning. He is being held without bond and his court date is not set. The victim received medical attention.
