International "Sizzle"

Students at C.D. Hylton High School's Center for International Studies and Languages program prepare for a future of multiculturalism.

For many kids growing up in an increasingly diverse area ethnically and linguistically, it’s clear that understanding different languages and cultures will play an important role in their futures. At C.D. Hylton High School’s specialty program information night Wednesday, students, parents and teachers in the school’s Center for International Studies and Languages program told prospective students and their parents that the program will offer them opportunities that will help them succeed later in life. CISL, pronounced “sizzle,” is a four-year program for high school students to learn about foreign languages and cultures.
