Three Charged in Oxycontin Sales
Police arrested three people allegedly involved in selling prescription drugs.
Three men were arrested Tuesday after police said they were involved in a scheme to sell the prescription medication Oxycontin. Following an investigation by the Prince William County Police Street Crimes Unit, officers searched the home of Jacob Michael Gaudreau, 23, at 12647 Castle Ct., where they said they found marijuana, Oxycontin pills and cash. Gaudreau and another Dale City man, Nicholas James Carroll, 21, of 13010 Kidwell Dr., were each charged with two counts of conspiracy to distribute a schedule I or II narcotic. A third man, Joseph Winslow, 34, of 2119 Spring Creek Cir. in Palm Bay, Fla., was charged with two counts of distribution of a schedule I or II narcotic. I know Mr. Winslow. He has always been a very nice, generous, helpful and polite young man. He has a good heart. He got addicted to prescription drugs a while back. Its really sad what addiction does to a person. It is of course his own fault for doing such a stupid thing but I also blame the doctor.
