One of the first churches in Dale City, Good Shepherd United Methodist Church was birthed by the founding pastor knocking on doors in the new community and inviting people to join the service. The congregation prides itself on its multiculturalism and is currently led by Pastor Levi Stroud. From the first step through the door you will feel welcomed! I looked for a new church home for a long time - raised as a Catholic it was hard to make a change. But GSUMC really made me feel like I belonged. My husband and 3 children were baptized at GSUMC. We love the Youth Ministries, Missions, and the general fellowship of this christian community. There is a diverse population, too. All inclusive all the time. I can't say enough about this church! Come see for yourself - we'd be glad to have you!
