This week is Pre-K Tuesday “Winter Wonderland” at the Manassas Museum. The event is from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Tuesday for children ages 3-5, with an adult. Explore crafts, games, and other activities at the Museum at 9101 Prince William St. in Manassas. Register online.

Children can create a handmade valentine card for a hospitalized veteran. The valentines for veterans class is from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday at the library on 13065 Chinn Park Drive in Woodbridge.

Attends a lecture on the 1864 battle of Cold Harbor. Historians discuss one of the bloodies conflicts of the war. The free lecture is at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Old Manassas Courthouse on 9248 Lee St. in Manassas.
