DC Fit Week is a FREE week geared toward motivating and empowering individuals and families to lead healthier lives.
The obesity rate is through the roof in America. Our economy is fragile, and the average family is finding it harder and harder to save money. It has become an ever increasing challenging to find nutritious foods in our local markets. And all of this has made it harder to relax and think with clarity and focus.
We have organized various sponsors from the areas of financial, physical, mental, and nutritional health to offer their products and services to the general public for this free week. Our goal is to inspire, educate, and create an awareness about living a significantly healthier life.
Classes include: yoga, pilates, meditation, spin, outdoor running, outdoor cycling, group fitness, dance, financial workshops, mental health workshops, nutritional cooking classes and more. Get up, get out & GO!
