Child and Parent Weight & Fitness Training: Level 2

Parents and their children 10 years and older are invited to come to  for a great chance to work out together and learn the proper techniques and safety for weight training. Trainers will guide you on body mechanics and exercise variety.  Once you have completed this class, any 12 through 15 year olds who are in the class will have access to the fitness area. The children who are 10 or 11 year olds will only be able to use the weight room with the parent who took the class with them.

Level 2 focuses on speed, agility, and cardio training.

There is a $100 fee per family of 2 for eight 55-minute classes with a $25 fee per each extra child, or a $88 fee per family of 2 for seven 55-minute classes with a $22 fee per each extra child.
