The unidentified 15-year-old male was charged with assault and battery.
Prince William County Police have arrested another Woodbridge Senior High School student in connection to a bathroom fight earlier this month.
Officers had arrested a 17-year-old male on Oct. 17 on strangulation charges. Upon further investigation, police determined that the initial victim had assaulted the 17-year-old before the strangulation, said police spokesman Officer Jonathan Perok.
The 15-year-old was charged with assault and battery on Oct. 23 in connection to the incident.

"The 17-year-old male was in the restroom when the 15-year-old approached him and struck him in the leg several times. In retaliation, the 17-year-old male placed his arm around the 15-year-old, resulting in the strangulation," Perok said in a press release.
The younger teen became limp, and the older teen then dropped him to the floor, according to police reports. The 15-year-old hit his head and was taken to a hospital as a precaution.
