Woodbridge Man Charged With Aggravated Sexual Battery

Prince William County Police have arrested and charged a Woodbridge man with aggravated sexual battery following an investigation.
The charges come after detectives from the Special Victims Bureau conducted an investigation into an assault which was reported to have occurred in Dale City.
Police said the investigation revealed the victim, a 13-year-old girl from Woodbridge, was sexually assaulted by the accused man, also a known family member, in 2010. Following an investigation, the man was subsequently arrested.
