Prince William County Police are searching for three men who reportedly robbed an Exxon gas station.
Employees at the station on Quate Lane in Woodbridge reported at 11:16 p.m. that three men robbed the store. One of the men pulled out a handgun and demanded money, police said. The men took an undisclosed amount of money before they fled on foot. No one was injured.
Police dispatched a K-9 in search of the suspects, but did not find them. The suspects were all described as 20-22 years old, black, about 6'2" tall, 175 pounds, with medium builds. All were wearing black gloves, black clothing and black masks.
And the name "John Smith" is probably a "pen name" too.
