Douglas Hernandez was arrested Tuesday, according to Prince William County Police.

After being recently identified as the third suspect in a Dale City homicide in which the victim's body was dumped onto a Dale City roadway, Douglas Hernandez was arrested Feb. 5 and charged with first degree murder, Prince William County Police spokesperson Jonathan Perok said.

The body of Barbaro Lupe Alonso-Irahola, 47, of no fixed address, was found in a Dale City neighborhood. The victim sustained trauma to his face from a blunt object and a knife, according to police.

The Prince William County Police Street Crimes Unit and the U.S. Marshals' Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force found and arrested Hernandez on Fullerton Road. He was arrested without incident. His court date is unavailable and he is being held without bond.
