Police Updates: Cars Vandalized; Burglary
Police updates for Tuesday, July 3. The following information was supplied by the Prince William County police department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
Seven vehicles were spray painted overnight in a Dale City neighborhood on Saturday, police said. The cars were all parked in the 12900 block of Tonka Court when they were spray painted sometime between Saturday night and Sunday morning. Police said nothing was stolen from any of the vehicles.
Burglary
A television was reported stolen from a house in Dale City on Saturday. The homeowner in the 15100 block of Concord Drive told police the burglary took place between sometime on June 30 and 8:00 p.m. on July 2. Police said entry appeared to have been gained through a rear sliding glass door which had been pried open. The value of the television was unknown.
