Police: Man Used Mirror to Look Up Woman's Dress at Wal-Mart

The man made inappropriate gestures toward the woman before he left the store, Prince William County Police said.

A Woodbridge man used a mirror to look up a woman's dress at Wal-Mart and then made inappropriate gestures toward her, Prince William County Police said.

Immar Antonio Ramos, 40, of Longview Drive, is charged with obscene sexual display and disorderly conduct.

Police responded to the Wal-Mart on Worth Avenue on Monday at 4:54 p.m. after the victim reported the incident. She told police that she was shopping inside the store when she saw Ramos following her. He was pushing a cart that had a mirror on the bottom rack.

"At one point, the victim observed the man place the cart in a position which allowed him to look up her dress," said police spokesman Officer Jonathan Perok. "The man then began to make an inappropriate gesture towards the victim."

Perok said that Ramos made the gestures several times before he left the store. Officers detained him in the parking lot and arrested him after an investigation.

He is held on a $1,500 secured bond pending a Sept. 25 court date.
