"The victim, a 24-year-old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he was in his room when he heard a loud noise coming from another part of the home," Perok said. "Upon opening his bedroom door, he was confronted by two unknown, masked men. The men entered the room where one of the men used an electronic device on the victim and restrained his hands."

The men also reportedly restrained a 30-year-old Woodbridge woman who was also in the room, and a third suspect reportedly brought the other occupants into the same room.

The victim reported minor injuries. Police used a K-9 unit to search for the suspects but have not yet located them.

"This incident does not appear to be random," Perok said.
