Dale City Man Charged With Abducting Acquaintance
Kevin Gonzalo Flores Alvarado, 21, of Lashmere Court, is charged with abduction following an incident Wednesday.
A Dale City man is accused of not letting an acquaintance out of the car during an argument and taking her cell phone, Prince William County Police said.

No one was injured during the incident that took place around 10:36 p.m. Wednesday, when the woman reported that he allegedly refused to let her out of the vehicle they were in.

She said that she tried several times to get out, but was unable to, and that Flores Alvarado took her cell phone. The woman was eventually taken back to her residence.
After an investigation, police obtained a warrant for Flores Alvarado's arrest. He turned himself in to the police without incident.
