Crime Blotter: Laptops, TV and Shoes Stolen From Woodbridge Homes

The Prince William County Police Department is investigating several burglaries that occurred in the last few days.

Prince William County Police are investigating multiple burglaries in the Woodbridge area.

The following burglaries were recently reported:

Oct. 16, 5:09 p.m. Police responded to a report of a burglary from a homeowner on the 14300 block of Fairmont Court, Dale City. There was no sign of forced entry, but a laptop, tablet and several video games, valued at about $1,200, were reported missing. The homeowner reported the burglary occurred between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Oct. 16, 8:55 p.m. Police responded to a report of a burglary on the 14000 block of Essex Drive in Woodbridge, which the homeowner believed occurred between 9:30 a.m. and 8:50 p.m. There was no sign of forced entry, but a laptop, jewelery, and power tools—valued around $2,000—in addition to an undisclosed amount of money was reported missing. 

Oct. 17, 9:05 p.m. A homeowner on the 3600 block of Fillmore Court, Dale City, reported that the burglary occurred between 8:20 p.m. and 8:40 p.m. The burglar appeared to have entered through a broken-out side window. A TV and several pairs of shoes, valued at $4,000, were reported missing.
