Armed Robbers Target Pizza Delivery Driver

Victim says three men approached him during a delivery and took cash and pizzas.

Prince William County Police are investigating the armed robbery of a Woodbridge pizza delivery driver over the weekend, the second pizza delivery robbery within a week.

Officers responded at 10 p.m. Friday to the 4300 block of Welch Lane regarding a robbery, according to police spokesman Jonathan Perok. 

The victim, a 55-year-old man from Woodbridge, told police that he was delivering pizzas to the Welch Lane address when he was approached by three masked men, according to Perok.

One of the men was reportedly armed and demanded money. The men took an undisclosed amount of cash and the pizzas and fled on foot. No injuries were reported.

A K-9 unit was used to search for the men, but no suspects were located.

The suspects were described as black males, between 16- and 24-years-old. All were last seen wearing black pants, black shirts and black knit caps, according to Perok.

  • 1st male was 5’10”, 160lbs, medium build with black hair and brown eyes
  • 2nd male was 5’5”, 140lbs, medium build with black hair and brown eyes
  • 3rd male was 5’5”, 160lbs, medium build with black hair and brown eyes

Two unidentified men robbed a pizza delivery man Feb. 3 in the 15000 block of Cloverdale Road.
