Rich Anderson, 51st House District representative to the Virginia General Assembly, will host an orientation program for students & parents on his 2014 "Future Delegate Program" to be held at the Virginia State Capitol in Richmond in January and February 2014. The program is open to all students, grades 7-12, and includes a full day in Richmond participating in General Assembly subcommittee & committee meetings, House Floor Session, media events, and interface with Executive & Legislative Branch leaders.
