Info Session for Middle/High School Students to Travel to China!

Astar Education Institute is having an information session about the July 2014 China Trip for Middle and High School Students!

Astar Education Institute is an independent non-profit organization designated by the State Department as an Exchange Visitor Program. Our mission is to build relationships necessary to meet the challenges of our globalizing world. For this purpose, we conduct short-term educational and cultural exchanges with Hainan Provincial Service Center for Scholarly Exchange. Through daily activities and interactions, students share the ideas, customs, and culture of their home country with Chinese host families and communities.

We are currently accepting middle and high school students interested in our mission to travel to China for 18 days in July, 2014. Students must have an interest in Chinese culture and language, and must be eager to learn and have an open mind. This exciting opportunity allows students to immerse themselves within local traditions and cultures. Students will stay mostly with a host family so they can further embrace the culture and language.
