De Rubeen's is located near Dale City in historic Occoquan along the riverwalk. The cafe and bakery offers homemade sandwiches, freshly baked pastries and desserts, and gourmet coffee. The quaint bistro offers moderately priced breakfasts as well as soups, salads and sanwiches through the afternoon. The coffee menu includes espresso drinks, and tea and hot cocoa are also offered.
