Adopt a Highway is a VDOT approved program. Dale City Lions have adopted a two mile stretch of road on Cardinal Drive from Minnieville to Rte1. Lions will clean this stretch at least four times a year and invite you to join us!
Students can earn at least two hours community service and everyone can earn a sense of pride.
We'll provide safety vests and trash bags. Wear gloves if you have them.
