Prince William County Police on Friday issued a missing person alert for an endangered adult. 

Daniel Razjooyan-Sosa was last seen Wednesday at 1 p.m. and has a medical condition, police said. He is known to frequent the Tacketts Mill, Woodbridge area, and walks along I-95 towards Fairfax. He travels on foot. 

He is 27 years old, 192 pounds, 5'11" tall. He was last seen wearing a white sweatshirt, white pants and a green hat. 

Police ask that anyone who sees Sosa call 911 immediately.
