I am not kidding. I swear I think this is the same guy that gave me the creeps at the library!! A few months ago, I was there studying for an exam. A guy just keep standing around me and I could feel him staring at me. When I would turn to look, he would look away and walk away...but a few minutes, he would be there staring at me. I came so close to reporting him, but was worried I was making it all up in my head. He just gave me the deep down creeps. Wow, I will listen to my gut from now on, I'll tell you that.
