Raymond S. Woolfrey, 86, of Woodbridge, Va., died Wednesday, February 20, 2013.
The family will receive friends Thursday, February 28, 2013 at 9:30 a.m., with a 10:30 a.m. service. Interment will follow at Quantico National Cemetery.
