Body Left in Middle of Dale City Street
Authorities said that the incident occurred Tuesday evening on Cardin Place.
Two suspects dumped the body of a man in the middle of a Dale City street Tuesday evening, Prince William County Police said. Rescue personnel declared the man dead at the scene.
Someone on the 15000 block of Cardin Place called 911 shortly after 11 p.m., saying he had walked outside and found an unresponsive man lying in the street outside his home. Officers arrived on the scene and determined that the adult male had suffered trauma and was unresponsive. Police are investigating the incident as a homicide.
Witnesses said that two unknown men had pulled up in a white, older model "rounded" in shape minivan and left the victim there before they fled the area.
The first man was described as Hispanic, of unknown age, 5’5” to 5’7” tall, with a thin build and dark curly hair. He was wearing a hooded black sweatshirt.
The second man either white or Hispanic, of unknown age, 5’5” to 5’7” tall, with a thin build. He was wearing a black short sleeve T-shirt with a square design with red and white colors and a black stocking cap.
Police do not believe the incident was random. The victim's name was not available pending an investigation by the medical examiner.

Whether the murder was committed in PWC or just having the body dumped here, I'm not liking this in the least! My prayers goes out to the victim's family, but I'm wondering what the investigation will reveal. Was this guy a "wrong place, wrong time" person or an unsavory character that finally met his fate?

This is so disturbing. I hope they catch the people involved. I also hope there is an increase in police officers in the county. It seems as the county has grown the police force hasn't. I'd like to see PWC get tougher on crime, by increasing the police presence especially at night.

Unfortunately, I see PWC police tearing down roads with 45 MPH limits at 70 MPH, such as Old Bridge Rd in Lake Ridge. I followed the officer on the road at 10:30 PM while they were changing lanes quickly, tailgating, etc, etc. I hit an indicated 68 MPH in a 45 MPH zone and couldn't keep up, so I gave up. I did, however, pick up the number on the cruiser. I was going to file a complaint, but in light of the recent officer who died in the line of duty, officer Chris Yung, I decided to pay my respects and bite my tongue.

The officer that recently died was killed by a driver not paying attention. Whether it is a citizen or police officer, Old Bridge has 3 schools on it and residents on both sides. They should not be driving like it is a race way. You should say something. The next accident may be on Old Bridge and involve a speeding police cruiser.

I agree with Grizzle, when I see a lady cop driving down smoketown with both both palms on her stearing wheel both thumbs on the ophone texting.
