Man Accused of Soliciting Teen Via Text

A Woodbridge man is accused of inappropriately texting an underage female acquaintance, Prince William County Police said.
Anthony Marcus Hagler, 29, of Cara Drive in Woodbridge is charged with use of a communications device to solicit a minor. He is accused of soliciting a 15-year-old family acquaintance via text message on Dec. 27. However, no meeting took place, police said.
Hagler was arrested following an investigation that began Jan. 9. He is held without bond.
