Electronics, Jewelry Stolen in Woodbridge-Area Burglaries

A list of recent burglaries in the Woodbridge area.

 

Woodbridge area residents reported several recent burglaries to the Prince William County Police Department. 

Jan. 4: A homeowner on the 3600 block of Russell Road reported at 12:52 p.m. that a burglary occurred between 8:15 a.m. and 12:45 p.m. The burglar likely entered through a rear door, which was forced open. $12,000 worth of jewelry was reported missing. 

Jan. 4: At 6:40 p.m., police responded to a property caretaker's report of a burglary on the 1200 block of East Longview Drive. The burglary occurred sometime between Dec. 26 and 6:40 p.m. Jan. 4. A TV and safe were reported missing, but there were no signs of forced entry. 

Jan. 5: A homeowner on the 13800 block of Londonderry Court reported at 12:55 p.m. that a burglary occurred between 6:30 a.m. and noon. There were no signs of forced entry, and the burglar likely entered through an unlocked basement level door. Two TVs, a gaming console and jewelry were reported missing. 

Jan. 6: At 10 p.m., a homeowner on the 4500 block of Kendall Drive reported that a burglary had occurred between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. There were no signs of forced entry, and the burglar likely entered through an unsecured door. Two cameras and jewelry, valued around $1,800, were reported missing.
