Dale City Man Charged With Forcible Sodomy of Female Toddler

The assault reportedly happened at a licensed residential daycare in Dale City.

 

An 18-year-old Dale City man was arrested and charged with sexual battery and forcible sodomy June 5 after an incident in which a three-year-old female was reportedly sexually assaulted at a licensed residential daycare in Dale City, police spokesperson Jonathan Perok said. 

"The victim was in the care of employees at the residence when the assault occurred," Perok said. 

"The parent brought the child to the hospital, where we were notified," he added.

No other assaults have been reported so far. The accused was arrested after an investigation. The investigation is ongoing.

The accused was charged with two counts of forcible sodomy and one count of aggravated sexual battery. His court date is unavailable. He is being held without bond.

First places like this need to be held accountable so in the future other day cares that thinks is ok to have people like this in there facilities will think it twice.

This guys needs to be in jail for life not in a pervert list.

There's a guy name Bubba waiting patiently in his cell for this guy to be his roommate!! No joke this guy needs to be gang raped repeatedly for the rest of his life!! Our babies arent safe and that's horrible!! My prayers go out to her and her family.
